At Fittelly, we respect your privacy and provide full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated information, please follow the instructions below.

1. In-App Data Deletion (Recommended)

If you have access to the Fittelly app, you can request deletion directly:

  1. Open the Fittelly App
  2. Go to Profile › Settings › Account
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your request

Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 7 business days.

2. Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request data deletion manually by sending an email to: support@fittelly.com

Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request – Fittelly" and include the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Phone Number (optional)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Once we receive your request:

  • We will verify your identity
  • Your account and all personal data will be deleted within 7 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Profile information
  • Account details
  • Subscription history
  • Workout history
  • Preferences & saved items
  • Any other personally identifiable information

Note: Some non-identifiable data may be retained for legal, safety, or financial compliance (e.g., GST invoices).

Important Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
  • Re-registering requires creating a new account
  • If you subscribed through Google Play or App Store, please cancel your subscription there separately
